Shipping Process

• Once payment has been received in full (a proof of payment alone is not sufficient), we will prepare your order for shipping.
• From the date of payment confirmation, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Courier Fees

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the product price.
• We will provide all the necessary details to arrange the courier service.

Returns and Refunds

• For international and out-of-town customers, we kindly ask you to inspect your items upon receipt. If there is an issue, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
