Jewelry, unlike clothing, isn’t something you try and return or exchange. That’s why we ask you to check it carefully — make sure it’s the piece you want, that it’s clean, shiny, intact, and working the way it should. Once it leaves our hands, it’s yours to love and look after.

Even the purest metals can discolour over time — especially in our Namibian climate. How you wear, store, and care for your jewelry makes all the difference in keeping it looking beautiful.
